Here are the materials I used:

1. Image: Ladybug Panel 2 (discontinued, but there are lots of ladybug images at Bugaboo Stamps), colored with Copics, accented with Black Stickles.
2. Dies: Happy Birthday to You (Lawn Fawn).
3. Paper: green glitter paper (unknown), black cardstock (Recollections).
4. Embellishment: Sequin flower (stash). 
5. Pen: Green Moonlight Gelly Roll (Sakura).
