Another Joke Card & Spotlight News

News! I was so honored when Arin at FCCB chose me to be the Spotlight Designer! Wow. I'm always amazed when someone thinks my work is that good. I'm flattered and humbled. So I chose to make another card for the Joke challenge to announce the news, and here is my card-

I made this using the Happy Hauntings cartridge-I just love Halloween!
