Let's give a big welcome to Poppy Stamps! Their products are so much fun to work and create with. We want to see what you come up with.
What a Wonderful Prize: a $20 gift card
The challenge is "Sympathy". Our immediate thoughts run to the loss of a loved one, human or pet, but can extend further. You can be sympathetic over a runaway pet or a person getting a cold, surgery or even having to take a tough exam.
Here is my project-
the inside-
and the back-
My poor sister. Her daughter passed away on July 14, 2024. Then she had to put her old dog Tigger down on Aug. 1, 2024. Tigger was a pitbull, and was 17 1/2 years old. One of the sweetest dogs I've ever known. Here are the materials I used to make this card-
- Dies: Circle Fold Frame (Poppystamps), Lattice Small Curb (Poppystamps), Adriana Small Curve Border (Poppystamps), Inside Out Stitched Circles (My Favorite Things). I found the Poppystamps dies are retired, but available at other retailers.
- Stamps: sentiments (Loved by a Dog-Unity Stamp Co.), stamped with Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink.
I am so sorry to hear about your sister's and your loss.
