This is one of the neatest things I've ever recycled! See that green panel? That was a tissue box that I've been saving for years, and this was the perfect place to use it. The ornaments just seemed to lift off the panel.  Here is the material list for this card- 

1.  Stamp: Cheers to You (Artistic Impression).
2. Dies:  Winter Corner (Find it Trading Co.), ornaments (Dies to Die For).
3. Paper: green tissue box, striped paper (GCD).
