Here is my project-

I have several friends and family who are in the real estate market, and sometimes I make cards for them to give to their clients. I won't be making a bunch of these due to those itty, bitty flowers and leavers! I think it's pretty, though.

Here is a list of materials I used to make this card-

1. Image: Home Sweet Home (Rachel Vass Designs), colored with Prismacolor pencils.
   
2. Dies: sentiment (Mini Slimline Postage, Kat Scrappiness), leaves and flowers (Spring  Flowers, Trefoil Tile & Panel- Spellbinders).
3. Paper: patterned paper (GCD Studio, Special Delivery), light blue, white, glitter green scraps.
4. Sentiment: computer generated.
